SPRING 2026 Latino Poetry Anthology

2026 publication of the 4th anthology "I Didn't Know There Were Latinos In Wisconsin"

Latinos Organizing for Understanding and Development (LOUD) is finalizing plans for the Spring 2026 publication of the anthology titled 'I Didn't Know There Were Latinos In Wisconsin.

Create a fourth installment of the anthology “I didn’t know there were Latinos in Wisconsin”. This edition will feature primarily Latino writers who had not previously been published in the previous collections. The first three editions had close to 100 Latino writers from or based in Wisconsin.

Host pre-publication readings across Wisconsin to both promote the forthcoming books and search out new Latino writers who often come to the poetry readings with their life's work in their hands.
