Create a second edition and re-printing of the three anthologies “I didn’t know there were Latinos in Wisconsin” which are currently out of print
Develop a companion study guide for schools and universities to use the anthologies for their high school and college classrooms
Create a fourth installment of the anthology “I didn’t know there were Latinos in Wisconsin”. This edition will feature all new Latinx writers who had not previously been published. The first three editions had close to 100 Latinx writers from or based in Wisconsin.
Host pre-publication readings across Wisconsin to both promote the forthcoming books and search out new Latinx writers who often come to the poetry readings with their work in their hands.
Publish the anthology in the late fall of 2025 with print-on-demand capabilities
Host post-publication readings in 2026, including a workshop and reading at the Wisconsin Conference on Latino Arts and Culture. Becoming: A Poet in The Midwest Speaks by Angela Trudell Vásquez WCLAC 2021
